What motivates you to stay so fit? I want to continue to test the limits of my endurance. What is your fitness philosophy? Stay active, eat healthy, don't smoke, and don't drink too much, and you'll live a long, happy life. Fitness goals: I have completed seven Marathons since I began running a little over three years ago. In November I will be making the move up to Ultramarathons when I complete my first 50-mile race in Huntsville, Ala.
