Describe your average week's workout: I usually run five or six days a week, an average of 40 to 50 miles total per week.

What motivates you to stay so fit? I want to continue to test the limits of my endurance.

What is your fitness philosophy? Stay active, eat healthy, don't smoke, and don't drink too much, and you'll live a long, happy life.

Fitness goals: I have completed seven Marathons since I began running a little over three years ago. In November I will be making the move up to Ultramarathons when I complete my first 50-mile race in Huntsville, Ala.
