Average week's workout: I run or swim 5-6 days a week with alternating days of weight-lifting

Motivation for staying fit: When I'm healthy and fit I perform better in all facets of life, from the work-day to my social life, it keeps me feeling good about myself.

Fitness philosophy: Healthy body, healthy mind.

Fitness goals: I currently run a nine-minute mile-and-a-half and would like to improve that to an 8-minute run.
