Average week's workout:  I am active in sports as well as lifting weights three to four days a week and running two days a week.

 

Motivation for staying fit:  I like to stay fit to be more competitive when it comes to playing sports and also beating the odds of a past kidney disease motivates me to stay fit to prevent further disease.

 

Fitness philosophy:  Ensuring fitness allows you to play harder when it comes to sports.

 

Fitness goals: To maintain a high-level of fitness throughout the remainder of my Air Force career and life.
