MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Contractors working in support of the fire suppression foam system installed in the new A-10C Thunderbolt II fuels hangar discuss details about a fire suppression foam test while members of the base fire department stand by here Jan. 21. The high expansion foam test is one of the final phases in the building construction. In order to be certified the test must produce three feet of foam in four minutes.
