AVON PARK AIR FORCE RANGE, Fla. -- Retired Col. Roy Whitton, retired Capt. Louis Brough and Airmen from the 23rd Equipment Maintenance Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Ga., reveal the newly restored Radio Plane OQ-19D (KD-2R3) Target Drone at Avon Park Air Force Range, Fla., May 18.
