Ribbon Cutting

With Parker Greene and his wife Lucy by his side, Col. Kenneth Todorov, 23rd Wing commander, cuts the ribbon official dedicating Moody Air Force Base’s new $10 million consolidated customer service facility as the Parker Greene Base Support Center June 22.
