MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Staff Sgt. Jose Santana-Ortiz, 23rd Medical Group bio-environmental technician, hits a hard ball to the outfield during the "Battle of the Base" softball tournament here March 27. The 23rd MDG had a fast start, but couldn’t hold off the momentum from the 23rd Equipment Maintenance Squadron munitions flight losing in the second round. “The 23rd MDG was our biggest competition,” said Tech.
