MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Curtis Tucker, Kids Aboard Workshop certified educator, pours water on to the front of the sailboats as a sign of good luck before letting the youth enter the water during the Youth Center Boat Launching event at Grassy Pond in Valdosta, Ga., June 18.
