MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Brig. Gen. Kenneth Todorov, Director, Standing Joint Force Headquarters, U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. speaks on past experiences at Chief Master Sergeant Paul Burgess, former Command Chief Master Sergeant, 332d Air Expeditionary Wing, Joint Base Balad, Iraq retirement here Sept. 10.
