MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Retro-commissioning is a process that identifies and implements improvements to existing buildings to ensure their continued performance over time. According to www.energystar.gov, retro-commissioning projects typically reduce energy consumption by 5 to 20 percent depending on the condition of the facility.
