MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Tech. Sgt. James Kutlik, 23rd Maintenance Operations Squadron engine manager, tests a new training motorcycle Nov. 5. The base received 13 new bikes to replace the previous unserviceable ones for its motorcycle safety course.
