Administering oxygen

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga.-- An oxygen mask is administered to Airman 1st Class Jarrett Rowe, 824th Base Defense Squadron member and practical exam volunteer, during the bleed control and shock treatment portion of the first responders course April 13. The course was three days long and the students were tested on the third day with a written exam and a practical application demonstration.
