MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Commander of Air Combat Command Gen. William M. Fraser III, retired Air Force Col. Clarence Parker and 23rd Wing Commander Col. Gary Henderson unveil a monument dedicating the President George W. Bush Air Park at Moody Field during a dedication ceremony May 20.
