Pete Villarreal, former 822nd Combat Security Police Squadron NCO in charge of Charlie Flight heavy weapons and Safeside Association vice president, receives the Sgt. Maj. Robert Frink award. Chief Master Sgt. Robert Frink is an iconic figure from the 82nd Combat Security Police Wing who served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam.
