MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- An A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft from the 75th Fighter Squadron, evades a simulated enemy missile launch during a demonstration held for the Moody Spouses Appreciation Day here May 15. MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- Members of the 723rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron perform maintenance on an HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter during the Phase II Operational Readiness Exercise Feb. 9-13 here.  The HH-60G's primary mission is to conduct day or night combat search and rescue operations into hostile environments to recover downed aircrew or other isolated personnel during war.
