Salute in the sun

OZARK, Ala.-- Senior Airman Andre Butler, Honor Guard member from Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., renders a salute during the presentation of military honors in the form of a 3-volley rifle salute during a memorial service in remembrance of 1st Lt. Robert Franklin Dees, a 430th Fighter Bomber Squadron, 474th Fighter Bomber Group F-84E Thunderjet fighter pilot whose aircraft was shot down over North Korea in 1952 on a combat mission.
