Folded flag
OZARK, Ala.-- Airmen from the Eglin Air Force Base Honor Guard finish folding a flag during a memorial service Jan. 22 in remembrance of 1st Lt. Robert Franklin Dees, a F-84E Thunderjet fighter pilot, whose aircraft was shot down over North Korea in 1952 during a combat mission. For all memorial services the flag over the casket is folded and given to the family members of the fallen military member as a sign of respect and honor to the family.
