23 MXS Welcomes new commander

U.S. Air Force Col. Bobby Buckner, 23rd Maintenance Group commander, passes the guidon to Maj. Ryan Noblin, 23rd Maintenance Squadron commander during a change of command ceremony at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia, June 5, 2025. Noblin previously served as the Deputy of Operations for the 71st Rescue Generation Squadron at Moody AFB.
