The 23d Comptroller Squadron is in building 105, the 23d Wing Headquarters building. Members will be signed up for a Finance PCS brief after visiting the Military Personnel Flight. The briefings are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. in room 203 of the Education Center/Library (building 328).
Customer service is open for appointments only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with walk-ins on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Members will be able to set up their appointments through Setmore (https://23cpts.setmore.com/). Customer service hours are from 0900-1400 Mon-Fri.

For military pay issues, visit the myPay Website at https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx. Issues that can be resolved include:
-View current/ prior month LES

-Start or change bond allotments
-Change correspondence address
-State income tax exemption test certificate
When members in-process with their CSS, they will use Setmore to book a slot at an in-processing brief.

Prior to attending a briefing, members are required to create an e-Finance profile and upload orders, amendments (if applicable), and travel receipts for $75 or more. Your CSS will also walk you through these instructions upon arrival.
Civilian Pay offers walk-in hours Monday through Friday from 0900 to 1400. Civilian Pay in-processing is performed at the same time as in-processing with the Civilian Personnel Office. Civilian Pay can be contacted at
