Korey Fratini 23d Wing Public Affairs MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. -- On August 22, 2017, the 23d Wing is scheduled to hold an emergency response exercise.The exercise will cause delays across the installation and may impact some base customer service agencies throughout the day.
